Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding (CAH&ER) is recruiting for our exciting new Generalist Advice service in Hull.   Funded by the NHS and Hull City Council, the service provides residents with welfare advice, working with a wide range of referring partners and community based organisations.   You will join a team of operational staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the service.

The role: As a Customer Service Administrator you will join a team committed to providing an excellent service for our clients and support to our team of Advisers.

The successful applicant will be the first contact with clients, partner organisations and a wide range of referrers, and be responsible for promoting and explaining the benefits of the service to all contacts.  With your colleagues you will ensure that client related information and documentation is prepared, maintained and communicated to relevant parties.
