Shahida, a new advisor in our Help To Claim team, identified missing disability premium’s in the client’s “managed migration” case. This means they are being supported in moving to Universal Credit, which has replaced a host of legacy benefits.
Shahida’s work has led to an increased eligibility for Universal Credit for the client and a back payment of about £10,000.
