Energy Support Assistant
The post holder will work as part of the Energy Team and support the wider Specialist Advice Services. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to all clients, referral partners and comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager, Technical Supervisor & Quality Officers and Energy Advisers.

Debt Caseworker (Maternity Cover)
The Debt Caseworker role involves collaborating with colleagues delivering front line debt advice directly to the public. Supporting the Service Delivery manager and Technical Supervisor Quality Officer to manage the day-to-day delivery of our busy ‘Debt’ specialist Advice service.
The project aim is to support clients by provide specialised debt and money advice that is tailored specifically to them. Advice that that has a lasting positive change to the way they manage their household and personal finances.

Foodbank Adviser – Hull
It is Trussell Trusts aim to end food poverty in the UK and they recognise advice and financial inclusion as playing a key part in ensuring the financial stability of those in receipt of food parcels and those facing destitution. Hull Foodbank, part of the Trussell Trust network, have funded CAHER to deliver a foodbank advice project.
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced adviser to provide high quality 1-1 generalist advice, support and casework on a range of issues relating to income maximisation. The project will be delivered primarily at a generalist level, with casework and follow-up where required by the client.
The post holders will operate triage sessions at foodbanks, with follow up working being carried out at CAHER offices, over the phone or digitally. Referrals will be made from Hull Foodbank, with a call-back system in place.

Generalist Adviser – East Riding
Based within Citizens Advice, Hull & East Riding’s Generalist Advice Service the post holder will deliver generalist advice services in Beverley and Bridlington offices.

Treasurer
Do you want to help your community by getting involved in running an important local charity? Hull & East Riding Citizens Advice is looking for a Treasurer with an accounting background who would also be a Trustee. This is a voluntary role, although reasonable expenses are paid. The day-to-day financial management is delegated to a paid member of staff.
