Energy Advisor

We have a vacancy for an Energy Advisor:

1.5 FTE = 55 hours per week available until 30th April 2025

1 FTE = 37 hours per week available, maternity leave cover until 28th February 2025

Salary scale 6 £29,560 pro rata, per annum.

You will be responsible for providing general advice to clients on all matters, with particular emphasis relating to income maximisation, energy efficiencies, switching suppliers, resolving energy related issues, energy debt and low carbon technologies.  You will also identify and advise on underlying, or interlinked problems including debt, benefits, housing and employment.

Based in either Bridlington or Beverley, with travel to the other offices (travel expenses paid).

Hybrid working policy in operation – option to work part of your week from home.

Generalist Advisor

Full time – 37 hours per week

Traineeship applications welcome

Salary scale:  £29,560 per annum

Trainee Salary: £26,067 per annum, rising to £29,560 per annum on successful completion of traineeship.

The purpose of the role is to provide a generalist legal advice service to people in a range of subject areas including welfare benefits, debt, housing, family and employment. This is provided with a person-centred, holistic approach to helping people solve their problems.

Treasurer

Do you want to help your community by getting involved in running an important local charity? Hull & East Riding Citizens Advice is looking for a Treasurer with an accounting background who would also be a Trustee.   This is a voluntary role, although reasonable expenses are paid. The day-to-day financial management is delegated to a paid member of staff.
