At Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding, we see unprecedented demand for advice services across our projects during the cost of living crisis.

The Cost of Living Crisis has driven much of this demand. Our trained staff and volunteers want to help and support as many people as possible.

But we ask that public members be patient while waiting to access our services. We have lots of self-help available that can be accessed via our website for all your advice needs. We also have telephone helplines for the public to call free of charge, as listed below.

We predict that the high demand for advice and support will continue for the first quarter of this year, so please keep checking our website for updates on our service. This unprecedented demand means that we need to prioritise our service provision.
