The Support Assistant role involves collaborating with colleagues delivering front-line advice services directly to the public and supporting the team to manage the day-to-day delivery of our busy ‘Energy’ specialist advice service. The service aim is to support vulnerable households by providing energy advice that has a lasting positive change to the way individuals manage their energy usage, bills and adopt low-carbon technologies. We support them to maximise their income, lower their utility bills and increase their capacity to manage their household finances.

You will work in collaboration within a diverse team to ensure that we provide a high-quality customer service from a number of offices and outreaches. In this role you will provide the front-line client triage via varied service channels including face-to-face, telephone, outreach, video and digital and via workshops.
